Firstly, once you have filled out the client inquiry form I will respond by telling you about our onboarding process. This will include getting to know where you are in your editing & business, and understanding how many catalogs you would like to outsource for the rest of the year. Then I will send you our pricing and services guide, and we will begin from there !
Once you have been onboarded, you'll have access to your private client dashboard where you can schedule an appointment on my booking calendar. Being an appointment based system means that there is no queue, and you can reserve as many time slots as you need depending on your wedding schedule. Your catalog will have a 1-3 business day turnaround from your scheduled appointment time.
Once you have scheduled an appointment, you'll be guided to upload your photo catalog through an easy drag and drop platform. If you've scheduled far in advance, don't worry, we'll send you a reminder email prior to your appointment. You'll always have access to a private client dashboard with instructions going over all of this to guide you through each step, but it only takes a few exchanges to get in the groove.
Once your edited catalog is ready, you will receive a link and instructions on how to import the edits back into your original Lightroom catalog. I have made this process very simple and you will be able to find step by step instructions through the private client dashboard if you ever need to clarify a step. If you're feeling stuck, you can always let me know and I'll be more than happy to help out.
